MBG Fruits Buy and Win Contest – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   The MBG Fruits Buy and Win Contest ("Contest") is open to all customers who make a minimum purchase of RM120 at www.mbg.com.my.
2. Contest Period:
   The Contest will run from April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025 ("Contest Period").
3. How to Participate:
   To participate, customers must complete a single transaction of RM120 or more on www.mbg.com.my. After making the purchase, customers will automatically be entered into the lucky draw. The amount is excluding the delivery fee.
4. Prizes:
   Every month, MBG Fruits will conduct a lucky draw, and the following winners will be selected:
   • 1 Grand Winner
   • 3 Consolation Winners
   • 10 Participation Winners
5. Lucky Draw Session:
   The lucky draw will take place monthly during the Contest Period. Winners will be selected at random and contacted via the contact details provided during the purchase.
6. Winner Announcement:
   Winners will be announced on MBG Fruits' official website and Official TikTok Page. Winners will be contacted for prizes collection/delivery arrangement.
7. Prize Collection:
   Winners will be required to verify their identity and provide necessary documentation to claim their prizes.
8. Additional Terms:
   • The Contest is open to residents of Malaysia only.
   • MBG Fruits reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
   • By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to abide by all official rules and decisions made by MBG Fruits, which are final.

   All personal data collected during the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of this Contest and in accordance with our privacy policy.
