      • If one of the fruits are out of stock or not fresh to be delivered, MBG Fruit Shop will swap it with an equivalent or higher value fruits for our customers 

      Unsuccessful delivery (Hospital)

      Re-attempt delivery:

      If the recipient is not available upon the delivery, you can request for re-attempt delivery: The charges as follow

      • Free of charge for self-collection at our HQ (Within 2 days after delivery date)
      • Rm10 for Same day reattempt delivery
      • Rm20 for Next/other day reattempt delivery

      Cancel order:

      If you decide to cancel your order, the refund amount will 50% from the total purchase (banking details is required)

        Feedback - Matter to improve

        No update of delivery.. it will be perfect if customer will be updated upon delivery and with the actual product. I have to personally call the receiver to check whether she receive? And I can’t make sure the end product ordered is in same condition like what I select online.

        Delivery Arrangement

        The basket was to be sent to desa Park Medical Center but the receiver received a call from your delivery guy saying that he cannot find the main lobby of the hospical, which I don't understand at all as it is a medical center and how can he unable to find the lobby? But anyway the issue solved as the receiver asked him to send to her house which is very nearby instead. Pls be informed that cannot find a medical center lobby is really unacceptable reason.

        But I still give 4 stars because the basket is able to delivered on the same day that I ordered...thank you for this speedy arrangement.
