Hospital delivery:

The Fruit Basket will be handed to the hospital reception. The hospital personnel will deliver it to the warded customer.

Re-attempt delivery:

If the recipient is not available upon the delivery, you can request for re-attempt delivery: The charges as follow

Free of charge for self-collection at our HQ (Within 2 days after delivery date)
RM10 for Same day reattempt delivery
RM20 for Next/other day reattempt delivery

Good product, though delivery process needs to be improved

Product is great, ordering process is smooth, customer service is fast, the only minor setback is miscommunication with the delivery team. Delivery was meant to be same day, for someone in the hospital. However, it was eventually delivered the next day.
