the lychees are very sweet and nice. however i would also like to report a complaint for my previous order no. 62210 where one of the item (a banana bunch) was not included in the delivery. When i email and send fb messenger to you on 22 Mar 2021, there was no reply from your company at all. Until today i still did not get any reply. Since the item was not delivered, can you please refund to me please? Thanks
