This recipe is really fun as you gonna make a cup of chocolate but really worth to do it. Plus, US Cherry is in seasons so we want to give an idea on what you can do it. The fresh cherry and mild sweet cherry gonna fit your taste bud.
Chocolate Cherry Filling - (200 g) dark chocolate - 1 1/4 cup whipping cream, cold Cherry puree
Topping - Fresh Cherry - Powdered sugar
Preparing Chocolate Cups
1st, Put the Chocolate in Microwave for 1 minute 2nd, Fill each cup with chocolate and rotate to coat all sides of the cup 3rd, Refrigerate the cups for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
Preparing Cherry Puree 1st, Place cherry that already removes the seed into a small bowl 2nd, Sugar into a small bowl 3rd, Microwave for 3 minute
Preparing Chocolate Cherry Filling 1st, Put the Chocolate in Microwave for 1 minute 2nd, Add Cherry puree and stir to combine 3rd, Whip the cream until stiff peaks form 4th, Mix the cream with chocolate cherry
Finishing 1st, Make a small cut at one end of each mold if necessary, and tear them off to reveal the chocolate cups. 2nd, Fill the chocolate cups with chocolate cherry filling. 3rd, Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. 4th, Before serving top each cup with fresh cherry and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
