+ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment thru online via cards (Visa/Master) and also online banking

+ I’m worried. Did my order go through?

You may check your registered email to see if you receive an email confirmation/order summary. If your payment did not go through, your order is not a success.

+ What if I didn't get the confirmation email?

You may check again your email address as registered or contact us for verification.

+ Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may, please contact us before we ship out your item.

+ How do I add an item to my order after I place an order?

You can’t add anymore item, you may have to place the order again

+ Why can’t we add more quantity to my orders?

Ops, it may be due to the stock limited/out 

+ Would the price be the same as outlets?

No they are not, the price may differ as per quantity, quality and cost involved.

+ Can we buy in bulk / huge quantity?

2. Delivery

+ Is there any delivery charges?

+ How long does delivery take?

We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 12 pm (pick the delivery date during check out). Or you may choose a preferred delivery date start from the next day of purchase.

For Penang, it will take an additional 1 day from the delivery date chosen.

+ Can I have my order delivered by today?

+ How do I track my order’s status?

You may track from the tracking link in the confirmation email (if available) or send us a message in the live chat or contact our helpline

+ Oops! The item I received is faulty/spoiled!

We are deeply sorry. Please provide us with photos of your item and include a short description along with your order number and send to help@mbg.com.my OR send a message in the live chat OR contact our helpline. We will review the photo provided and we will advise our next action accordingly. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of e-voucher or money transfer. Photos to include: – your item (the white sticker on packing, a part that is faulty & overall fruits delivered)

+ I received an incorrect item.

+ Which address should I ship my order to?

Key in your current/house address, but If you are working, it would be advisable to ship to your office address as our delivery team operates from 11 am to 6 pm.

+ How do I know when is my item arriving?

You may get an SMS/CALL when the rider coming to you. OR you may track from the tracking link in the confirmation email (if available) or send us a message in the live chat or contact our helpline

+ What if I am not in at the time of delivery?

Kindly let us know if you won’t be around on the delivery date OR we can’t contact you upon delivery, we can arrange for a re-attempt delivery (an RM20 charge will be imposed)

3. Registration, Account

+ Do I need to register to shop?

You can purchase without registering, but advisable to register as we will remember your delivery detail for conveniences on your next order. You will automatically become MBG Online Member and collect points too!

+ How do I create an account?

+ By registering, will I automatically receive updates on sales and promotions?

No, not unless you opt to sign up to our newsletter. By signing up, you will be the first to know of our new arrivals, exclusive discounts, promotions, and flash sales.

+ What is your privacy policy?

+ Online purchases can get points?

Yes you can, and its automatic accumulate with every online purchase

+ Where to see my points?

You can see it when you log in on the website. It’s at the homepage, there’s a green bar on the left bottom. Click here to see your accumulative points and you may redeem too!

+ Are the points going to expire?

Yes, they are, the points will valid for only one year from the data points collected.

+ Does the voucher redeemed have an expiry?

No there’s no expiry for your voucher

+ Can the points be used at the outlets?

No, you can’t. They are separate membership program between MBG online purchase and outlets purchases.

 

 

 

4. MBG Online Loyalty Points

+ Where to find info of MBG Online Loyalty Program?

You may look for a green button at the bottom left of our website

+ What is this?

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

+ Who can join?

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.

+ How do I earn points?

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu.

+ How do I view my point balance?

Your point balance is on every page in the top bar.

+ How do I redeem my points?

Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

+ Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

+What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'canceled' statuses mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately

Pending: These points are needed to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals

Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to canceled)

+ What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

Your pending points will become canceled and will be removed from your account.

+ Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, canceled or returned a purchase.

+ I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

+ Can I use my points during checkout?

Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.

+ How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll un-enroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

+ What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

+ where can I report a problem or give feedback?
