If one of the fruits are out of stock or not fresh to be delivered, MBG Fruit Shop will swap it with an equivalent or higher value fruits for our customers

Hospital delivery:

The Fruit Basket will be handed to the hospital reception. The hospital personnel will deliver it to the warded customer.

Re-attempt delivery:

If the recipient is not available upon the delivery, you can request for re-attempt delivery: The charges as follow

Free of charge for self-collection at our HQ (Within 2 days after delivery date)
RM10 for same day reattempt delivery
RM20 for next / other day reattempt delivery

Bad deliver experience

Very disappointing experience with this fruit basket delivery. There was no greeting card included, so the patient had no idea who sent it. They even had to ask around on social media just to figure it out.

We had already updated the patient’s room number, but the delivery list still didn’t mention it. Because of this, the nurse had to check the system to find the correct room, which caused unnecessary trouble for the hospital staff.

For a service that’s supposed to bring convenience and comfort, this created only confusion and inconvenience. Definitely not acceptable.
