Oval in size with a smaller seed compare to the others country's avocado. In simple word means more creamy “meat” to eat! Even the variety "HASS" is the same yet the maturity/ripening process is much more faster compare to the rest.

7. Tips for a simple test for ripeness: Gently apply pressure on the stem to see if it yields. If it does, it's ready to eat! 

*Avoid squeezing the center of the avocado as the flesh will gets bruise.
