    Unripe fruit

    The honey dew was very unripe. It was very hard and cannot be eaten since it won't ripe anymore. I submit a complaint to the customer service thru email (with image after several days hoping it will ripe) but was asked to contact another person using whatsapp. I thought MBG stands for money back guarantee? But why all the hassle to get a refund? What's the function of customer service here?
