      Unsuccessful delivery (Hospital)

      Re-attempt delivery:

      If the recipient is not available upon the delivery, you can request for re-attempt delivery: The charges as follow

      • Free of charge for self-collection at our HQ (Within 2 days after delivery date)
      • Rm10 for Same day reattempt delivery
      • Rm20 for Next/other day reattempt delivery

      Cancel order:

      If you decide to cancel your order, the refund amount will 50% from the total purchase (banking details is required)

          IN NEED OF MAJOR IMPROVEMENT IN TERMS OF REPLYING TO TEXTS

          Okay so here's the story. The office person who handles the text takes FOREVER to reply. Please improve your service by replying to customers promptly. This gives the WRONG IMPRESSION that the delivery guy is not doing his job well. The fruit basket was scheduled to reach the recipient at 5pm. I texted the day before, no reply. I texted on the day itself to know the progress of the fruit basket as in where it is, what time it is expected to arrive. Replied me 3 hours later... Then the fruit basket finally arrived at 9pm, the delivery guy explained that he had SO MANY deliveries. The office person who handles the texts COULD HAVE JUST EXPLAINED THAT THE DELIVERY GUY HAD SO MANY DELIVERIES INSTEAD OF STAYING QUIET WHEN A CUSTOMER ASKS SOMETHING. But the recipient of the gift told me that the delivery guy was a very friendly and polite man. So the three stars goes SOLELY to HIM.

          1 order has wrong recipient name in the card

          I bought two set of Hello Fruit Basket with split order (1 set each). However, when both recipient received the fruit baskets, the name written in the card referring to the same person (Mohd Izazulzainis). Should be 1 card for Mohd Izazulzainis, 1 card for Yuhairil. Yuhairil received the fruit baskets with Izazulzainis's name written in the card.
