Hospital delivery:
The Fruit Basket will be handed to the hospital reception. The hospital personnel will deliver it to the warded customer.
Re-attempt delivery:
If the recipient is not available upon the delivery, you can request for re-attempt delivery: The charges as follow

Content of the fruit box was good. Would have appreciated an email to inform me that the item was out for delivery and when it was delivered. Instead I was told by my father when the box had arrived.
Bought this mystery box for my mum as a CNY gift. My mum was happy with the box and fruits were in good quality. There were spots on the pears but she said it was okay - not rotten. Thanks MBG, excellent service and quality from the team!
