• If one of the fruits are out of stock or not fresh to be delivered, MBG Fruit Shop will swap it with an equivalent or higher value fruits for our customers.

Unsuccessful delivery (Hospital)

Re-attempt delivery:

If the recipient is not available upon the delivery, you can request for re-attempt delivery: The charges as follow

• Free of charge for self-collection at our HQ (Within 2 days after delivery date)
• Rm10 for Same day reattempt delivery
• Rm20 for Next/other day reattempt delivery

Cancel order:

If you decide to cancel your order, the refund amount will 50% from the total purchase (banking details is required)
