• If one of the fruits are out of stock or not fresh to be delivered, MBG Fruit Shop will swap it with an equivalent or higher value fruits for our customers 

Hospital delivery:

The Gift Box will be handed to the hospital reception. The hospital personnel will deliver it to the warded customer.

Re-attempt delivery:

If the recipient is not available upon the delivery, you can request for re-attempt delivery. The charges as follow:

• Free of charge for self-collection at our HQ (Within 2 days after delivery date)
• Rm10 for Same day reattempt delivery
• Rm20 for Next/other day reattempt delivery
