Health Paradise Organic Blueberry Muesli

Muesli is a versatile cereal that is consumed in many ways. It can be soaked in milk, juice, or water and eaten cold. It can be cooked in boiling water or milk. It can be added to yogurt and fruit salads or used in baking recipes. Our organic muesli tastes good with the rich aroma of oats, fruit, and kernels.

Cold: Soak muesli in milk, soy milk, milk replacement, or water for about 10 minutes. For softer cereals, soak overnight.

Hot: No cooking required; just add hot water or desired hot beverage to the desired amount of our muesli. Cover for 5 minutes and serve.
