Info

    Yellow dates have a distinct texture and a lighter, fresher taste that is not as intense as Medjool dates. They usually grow in long bunches attached to yellow branches and stems. They can also be chopped and tossed into salads, stirred into Greek yogurt, and mixed with fresh and dried fruits and nuts. In the Middle East, Yellow Barhi dates are cooked in a mixture of nuts, sugar, spices, and ghee to make a sweet dish known as date halwa.

                I ordered 2 packs of the above dates. Sad, when I received, some of the dates doesn't look fresh at all (kecut dan dah lembik).

                I used to buy walk-in at MBG shop in KL Sentral, the dates still look fresh even for 5 days. But how come when it comes for delivery the dates doesn't look fresh? 😪
