Hospital delivery:

The Fruit Basket will be handed to the hospital reception. The hospital personnel will deliver it to the warded customer.

Re-attempt delivery:

If the recipient is not available upon the delivery, you can request for re-attempt delivery: The charges as follow

Free of charge for self-collection at our HQ (Within 2 days after delivery date)
RM10 for same day reattempt delivery
RM20 for next / other day reattempt delivery

Good selection, freshness varies

Good selection of fruits, items like the pears however were not very juicy. It was a good gift to send to family. Main issue with purchasing online was that the delivery dates were not visible at the final confirmation page. I had changed the dates but the system did not register, and I could not check it at the final page of entering card details, it only came up AFTER the payment was done. Website could have improved in this sense, it was a bit stressful. Luckily Wei Loon from customer service (whatsapp) was very helpful and reassured me the change of dates has been manually adjusted from their end.
