      Note

      • If one of the fruits are out of stock or not fresh to be delivered, MBG Fruit Shop will swap it with an equivalent or higher value fruits for our customers 

      Hospital delivery:

      The Fruit Basket will be handed to the hospital reception. The hospital personnel will deliver it to the warded customer.

      Re-attempt delivery:

      If the recipient is not available upon the delivery, you can request for re-attempt delivery: The charges as follow

      • Free of charge for self-collection at our HQ (Within 2 days after delivery date)
      • RM10 for Same day reattempt delivery
      • RM20 for Next/other day reattempt delivery

        Sweetheart Fruit Basket - Melody (8 Types of Fruits)

        Unimaginative title

        Sweetheart Fruit Basket should have more options for different fruits and different price range. For example, I didn't like the inclusion of apples - which are common and cheap fruit. Another fruit I dislike is the yellow melon - it isn't sweet and the taste is bland. I wanted the fruit basket to include imported Australian rock melon as well as US peaches or nectarines (or the Australian variety). This fruit basket was a birthday gift - so the includion of peaches or nectarines - symbolising long life - would have been very meaningful. I asked my PA to call MBG to ask if I could substitute some fruits and pay the higher price. My PA was told this was not possible. MBG's inflexibility doesn't make good business sense. During the pandemic when customers are fewer, why would you reject a request for a bigger and more expensive fruit basket?
